ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a State Farm Agent Team Member with the Chad Elder State Farm Agency, you will be responsible for great customer experiences that contribute to the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and genuine desire to help people make you a great fit for our team. You will advance your career by learning about the ways we can help people, collaborating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Since joining State Farm Insurance in 2023, I’ve been motivated by my passion for helping people. I’m fortunate to have my family close by here in Portland. I’m a proud husband, dad to 4 kids, and a dog dad. I enjoy exploring the outdoors, golfing, all sports and enjoy taking my team out to celebrate our office wins! RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance and financial products and services.
- Processing insurance and financial service applications.
- Scheduling and holding appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- *****Fluent in English and Spanish*****; bilingual communication skills are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective customers.
- Experience in sales preferred.
** NOTE: This is an in-office position in the Beaverton/Hillsboro/Portland area. Office hours 8:30am-5pm
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
