As a member of our Sales team, your training of insurance products will equip you to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to a fun energetic team atmosphere!
- Contact customers via a phone and in person to review their insurance needs and provide comprehensive solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
